OCTACHRON MIDI Drum Sequencer Overview
OCTACHRON is a versatile iOS MIDI Sequencer designed for up to 16 tracks with rich modulation and sequencing capabilities. While optimized for drums, it offers fun for basic melody lines as well. It functions both as a standalone app and as an AUv3 MIDI plugin in various iOS DAWs like AUM, Logic Pro, Cubasis, and more.
The app supports 1-32 steps with flexible clock divider, up to 16 mutable tracks, and up to 8 chainable patterns in song mode. Users can enjoy features like swing with a flexible grid, save and restore pattern presets, parameter locks for velocity and trigger probability, scales generator, MIDI control pattern selection, and customizable mapping presets.
